I have yet to have one taste bad (though they can certainly look gross!).

I think I like the Ninja Master though -- my blender is dying a slow death from it's usage, and I'll be looking at getting a new one soon!Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13476720389315188449noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4941336534184157566.post-11782625955259849962012-02-01T17:40:36.849-07:002012-02-01T17:40:36.849-07:00hey there! good for you- we love our green smoothi...hey there! good for you- we love our green smoothies! i just throw in anything that looks like it will be going bad soon...and if i won't use the fruit in time i toss it in the freezer- even banana's to use later for smoothies. same with the spinach- if it starts looking wilty i toss it in the freezer. have fun experimenting:) oh and where did you get your blender- ours is about to die:(Sarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12329835946381635052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4941336534184157566.post-83029789339727158832012-02-01T15:25:01.488-07:002012-02-01T15:25:01.488-07:00I usually use 1 c blueberries, a few strawberries,...I usually use 1 c blueberries, a few strawberries, 1/2 c red raspberries that ive frozen (you should see my freezer full of fruit!) half a banana, yogurt, a little sugar and milk. I never follow a certain recipe, I just grab whatever I happen to have in my fridge/freezer and blend it all up... with a giant handful of spinach, of course. Something I do like to add is liquid aloe. Very healthy!

Nice to see you back in the blogging world.
