Love To Breathe Tokens

So last week I was at the beach taking some photos of one of my Love to Breathe Tokens and a wave came up. I quickly tried to grab it but it was to late... I thought it was lost forever. 

Four days later I got an email from my new friend Tony... He found it!! So crazy my mind was blown! He passed it to his wife and she is going to hold it close!! 

I definitely don't think he found it by chance, I'm a firm believer everything happens for a reason. So we met up the next day so I could give him some more tokens to spread the love and he just happened to find this awesome LOVE ring right before we met. Coincidence... I think not!! 

I am beginning to think these tokens are magical. Tony said I made his day, but Im pretty sure it was the other way around. My day was made a million times over!! 

So thank you Tony for continuing to spread the Love and making my heart smile! Happy Monday everyone, make it a great week!! Breathe out Love!!

Sending love to my new friend...

Some people wonder why I want to change the world, here is a good example... I sent some love to one of my CF Mommas and it got intercepted.

So bummed this happened, but maybe The Love to Breathe Tokens  will work their magic on this person who obviously needed some love!! 

So to my new friend Keep it, Pass it, or Hold it close. Whatever you choose to do love will follow it through! Enjoy your tokens.

Exciting News for Cystic Fibrosis

Super exciting news to wake up to yesterday morning!! The buzz on my social media feeds was and continues to be excitement and celebration.

I always say, Keep your hopes high and dreams big. This is a GIANT step in the right direction, a game changer for CF as we know it! I'm excited to be here today to see what amazing changes are on the horizon for CF. 

Thank you vertex for helping make my hopes and dreams a reality, and to all of you who help fund this research thank you.... Might heart is FULL!!!

Madonna!!! Im Completely Blown Away!

A day later and I am still in awe... Im completely blown away. 

Most of you know I'm a pretty BIG Madonna fan. Well a couple years ago I saw a photo of Madonna on the internet wearing a shirt with the number 35 on it. So I thought I better tuck it away for when I turned 35. Two weeks ago I turned 35 which is a blessing in itself... so for the 30high5 I took that photo and "Somerized" it, adding "Somer is" on top of the 35. I posted it on Instagram and said that even Madonna wanted to make sure my bday was Madgical, just being funny.  

Well yesterday I was scrolling through the gram and she had posted it on her instagram.... WHAT?!?! So nuts!! I still can't quite believe it. I was and still am on cloud 9!! Nearly 60,000 people have seen that photo. I'm completely blown away. The perfect belated birthday present. Thank you Madonna! It was a very Happy 30high5!!!

Holy cow. I can't believe my sweet boy is 10!! He's getting old but still has a heart of gold!! Sure do love my Lil buddy.
