May is CF awareness month

"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." -Helen Keller

These words were on the wall at my clinic visit yesterday, such a great quote. It's so true, as much as I'd love to change the world I can only do so little. However if we all worked together and loved a Lil more and were kinder than necessary, we could do so much! We can make it happen!! 

Just like Id love to find a cure for CF, well I can only do so little. I need your help! I know that together we can make great things happen. 

May is CF awareness month so please help me make people aware.... we need a cure!! 

So tell your friends that CF needs a cure and together we can change the world!! Breathe out love! Xo

They are here!! Finally! So excited!! My Love to Breathe tokens. My next project in my Love Movement .... I hope they will help with my goal to change the world! I want to make everyone breathe out love! So Keep It, Pass It, or Hold It Close. I can't wait to see what people will choose to do. So excited!! You just never know where one will show up. Lady with the leash!

That time I had to come back for my Starbucks drink.... 

Barista- "what if I don't remember you when you come back" 

Me- " uh, you'll remember me I have a leash on my face" 

Barista- "Did you seriously just say that?"

Me- "sure did! See ya soon"

Ha. Went back to get the drink and when I looked down I saw my new name. So funny!! Made me giggle!! 

Deep breath!

Breathe deep when you can fresh air is priceless, so is that deep breath. 

This X-ray was taken last June, there's still some room left in there. I call these my pearly whites, the white is irreversible scarring from the mucus and the many lung infections which result in loss of lung function. 

"Some days it's ok if all you did was Breathe." 

Breathe it all in, Love it all out!

FTTT

FTTT with this Lil guy this morning. He's doing his vest like a champ. I love to FTTT (FaceTime/treatmenttime) with these Lil kiddos. I love the look in their eyes when they see someone doing else doing a treatment. We are in this fight together, until there's a cure. Breathe out Love! Xo

Get back up

Get back up and keep trying! It'll be frustrating but keep in mind your goals and stay focused. Your struggles make you stronger, and you're strong. So don't give up just keep on keeping on. You got this!

Laugh as much as you breathe

Smiling turns into laughter and laughter equals pure happiness! When I hear laughter it makes my heart smile. It means that people are happy. They are not wanting or needing anything more than that very moment. Which is how life should be lived... In the moment. So smile and laugh and be happy, because this very moment is yours to cherish. Breathe out love!
