An unmade bed may help you breathe easier...

So I saw this the other day on FB and I was so excited to see it. I hardly ever make my bed, maybe its because of all the years that I HAD to make it. I really just don't see the point!! I mean you are just going to get right back in it later, and if you're like me and need that afternoon nap well then thats even more reason not to make your bed.

An unmade bed may help you breathe easier... A study suggests that microscopic dust mites -implicated in some respiratory problems- are less likely to survive in unmade beds; exposure to air dehydrates the creatures. But warmth and moisture trapped in smooth sheets may help dusts mites thrive.

Reason enough for me to probably never make my bed again ;)

Fresh air!

Well Lills is sick of being cooped up. She keeps bringing me the ball to go out and play but they said to keep her activity to a minimum.

It's so nice today so I decided to put all 3 of our leashes on and get out for a walk. It is a beautiful day out today! I hope you are enjoying your Earth day! We have SO much to be thankful for!! Xo

April

Showers... ok fine! But snow showers?!?!?! Yesterday I woke up to about a foot of snow. I am ready for spring! We had a tiny glimpse of it but then the snow gods got angry. Boo!

I am on a 8 day treadmill streak and still going strong. I popped a blood vessel a couple weeks ago in my lungs twins and have been working on getting them back in tip top shape. I have also been having to wear more o2 lately so I am hoping the stronger my twins get my sats will go back up too. Life on a leash is very difficult and I know now why I rarely put my babies on a leash.

This post is very random but I am afraid I have writers block now that the subject for my posts isn't made up for me. But I was on such a roll I didn't want to many days to pass before posting again. I hope you all are enjoying your April so far. I can't believe it is almost May :) I swear it was just Dec.

Ahhhhh how refreshing that 1 hour time change is!!!! I love to fall back not so much spring forward.

I love that extra hour of zzzzzzzzzzz's I feel so refreshed today and I even woke up early :)

Is it just me or does Mondays seem to bring out the grumpies in everyone?

Today and for now on... I am pledging to be nothing but a ray of sunshine every Mon.

Maybe that way I can do my part and turn everyone's frown upside down.

I woke up to the sun and I have spring fever bad so maybe that is why I am all cheery. I am even wearing a yellow jogging suit with a bright orange tank top :)

All the negative status updates on Face book get to be a lil much...

Be thankful for ALL you have to do on Mondays and if you start the week off right well then I think it will set the mood for the whole week.

SO EVERYONE go out and have the best Monday Ever! Maybe try and make 2 people smile it will come back ten fold! Xo

~Garlic update; Garlic can act as a blood thinner so yep you guessed it had to stop taking it after coughing up some blood so I think I will start it back up tomorrow and just take it M W F I have something else I am going to start more on that later.... Loving my honey sandwiches tho!

Yesterday I went to see the Broadway play Avenue Q. It was so GREAT and full of laughs!! I really enjoyed it... Basically Sesame street for adults ;) Its on the road so if it comes to your town you should go see it. Ok so Im sitting in bed inhaling my TOBI and it's taking forever and I thought I would read blogs well I was getting all caught up and leaving comments left and right.

Aspiemom I was welcoming you back home and commenting on your ouch on your pic. Then proceeded to tell you you have my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.

Cara I commented on how beautiful you looked at the ball and what a great time it looked like and congratulated you on your winning table.

I could keep going, then I noticed I wasn't signed in... Are you kidding me!!! DUH!! I was even typing in the secret words and everything just forgot to sign in! Got to love a good blonde moment :)

Tuesday 10

*This is how I felt this morning before my albuterol and coffee

*Last week Osc and Lills had their yearly check ups. They got their shots and Lills had a clean bill of health she is 2 years cancer free now!! Woop Woop. Osc on the other hand had a ear infection which I feel so bad I had no idea. He was acting a lil lazy and when I throw the ball he was just hanging by my side while lIlly did all the work so I was nervous he was just getting older or his hip or knees were bothering him but I guess it was just his ears poor guy. So I have had to clean his ears daily and he has been on abx ear drops and pill for 10 days only a couple more left. The whole way there and back Lilly sat in Makenas car seat it is the first time they have been in my car with that in there, it was SO cute.

*So I figured out what I am doing to my front porch furniture, I can't wait. I ordered everything on line so I am just waiting for it to get here. I already took my before pics :)

*My lil Cystas Astra and Mackenzie are home now. Today is Mackenzie's Bday!! Happy BDay Mackenzie :) And Astra's bday is in 6 days! You guys might remember her from the TOBI calendar in 2008 she was Miss July.

*Thinking about getting a tattoo.... Just need to find a nice sterile environment for that.

Not an Expert

Ok so I have been making cupcakes lately and to make cupcakes you have to buy eggs. Well I don't usually buy eggs, and I don't have any plans to make any more cupcakes for a while. So, I made a nice breakfast for the babies yesterday and scrambled one for each of them. I still had some left over so I thought I would hard boil the rest of them for Easter. 

Well I had to video tape it... Is that sound normal? It sounded like my eggs were going to hatch. I think it was just the air trapped in the eggs because I saw lots of bubbles when I first put them in the water, but really they should make some other type of noise. I had to stop the boiling process..... So now I have hard soft boiled eggs. 

Rockin Robin

Ok so it snowed all day today, however I saw 8 robins throughout the day. That has to be a good sign from Mother Nature herself that Spring will soon be here. YAY!!!
