So lately my morning routine involves me checking the air quality on airnow.gov however this morning when I walked outside I couldn't even see the mountains that to me is a good indicator that the air we are all breathing is SHITTY!!!!!
So needless to say I am back on house arrest! I got out for a few hours today for some dinner well and to stay sane. I just got back from San Fran and something tells me I should of stayed there. Funny with all the fires they are having their ozone and particle pollution levels were lower then Salt Lakes. I am headed to Newport Beach soon so I can breathe in some fresh ocean air!

Gosh...this weather is just not working in your favor. I am happy to hear you did get out for dinner to regain some sanity...I have been thinking of you as it has been humid and muggy here thinking how hard it must be for you to be controlled by the weather. I hope the weather man has some nicer days for you soon....

I didnt realize you are on house arrest so often!!! I need to come over and play!! Are you going crazy?!! Also, i am happy you get to go to newport-- that sounds fun! We are headed to Cali in October- can't wait!
