I want to thank everyone for your continued support and dedication to this amazing cause.
The mission for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure and manage CF and improve the quality of life for those with the disease. The need of a cure is greater then ever, to keep the momentum of the scientific breakthroughs that enhance and extend the lives of thousands of young adults that have dreams and goals like myself. We intend to achieve our goals but need your help to assist us in the cause of volunteering and raising money to fund research. 90 cents of every dollar goes towards finding that sought after cure.
I know one day CF will stand for CURE FOUND!! So THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I can't thank my amazing support system (all of you included) enough for allowing me to celebrate EVERY breath!

That night was amazing and i am so glad i could come. You looked hot and did such a great job with your planning and you looked great on the video and on stage....such poise and grace.
